Everyone has their own take on food, here's mine:

 

Eating has always been a passion of mine. Most people eat to sustain life, I eat to sustain my happiness. Food is one of life's greatest pleasures yet we've reached this really sad point where we're turning food into something to be afraid of. I believe that when you use good ingredients to make dishes such as pasta, salads, burgers, and even baked goods, they all have a place in our diets. I'm perfectly happy with my diet because some days I get well-rounded nutritious meals made from only the freshest ingredients and some days I just curl up with some heart-warming macaroni and cheese. Life is about common sense and moderation: if you want eat comforting junk food every once in a while – that's alright. Basically, as long as we all recognize that treats should be treats, not a daily occurrence, we'll be in a good place. So when I think about having a 'healthy' approach to food I'm talking about achieving that sense of balance: lots of the good stuff, loads of variety, and then some delicious indulgences every now and then.
